Fred Brown Recovery Services is a non-profit 12-step based residential substance abuse treatment program for adult men and women. We have been serving our community for 19 years, helping thousands of men and women recover from the disease of addiction.

Our primary mission is to provide a strong foundation for lifelong recovery from the disease of addiction. Lifelong recovery is predicated on refocusing the individual's daily lifestyle, self-esteem and social performance.

We currently offer a variety of programs and services for adult men and women including:

All facilities are licensed and certified by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and regulated by the County of Los Angeles, Department of Health Services, Alcohol and Drug Program Administration. We have contracts with major employers and health maintenance organizations, such as Kaiser Permanente and CIGNA. We provide DOT approved substance abuse assessments and we have contracts with the County of Los Angeles and the State of California.

We are long-time members of the California Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (CAADAC), the California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources (CAARR), the South Bay Substance Abuse Coalition, the Sam Pedro Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.
